Access. To Marston Lakes parkland
From "Interactive map: add your concerns and ideas"
Go to the project
Many people walk down Little Keyford Lane cross the A361 bypass into the lane opposite and go to Tytherington to enjoy the parkland at Marston Lakes. However the A361 is busy. Development to the south of Frome will grow traffic volumes. SGC plans include a nature park on the Tytherington side of this crossing. Safer access is needed.

I'd like to reiterate what other commenters have said about this crossing. A safer crossing is needed, for people to be able to access the countryside around Frome and for those living on the outskirts to get into town without having to use a car.

4omph limit needed for whole bypass. Speed cameras. Warning signs of pedestrians/cycles. I made this point on the recent consultation over the Warminster Road junction. But not at all taken on board unfortunately.

This is also a popular route out of town for cyclists, so anything that improve the crossing of the bypass would be beneficial
