Tree planting
Creating a woodland means planting a lot of trees! In this case, we planted an incredible 3,800 saplings with people from all over Frome including local schoolchildren.
The week of planting saw around 500 people put their wellies on and pick up a spade to plant the trees and bushes that will grow into a tranquil woodland for everyone to enjoy.
You can take a look at the plans for tree planting on this page - we worked with SEED Design Landscaping on these plans, which incorporate a range of species that are suitable for the site and create a good mix of habitats for wildlife.
