More ways to connect with your town council
Want to chat directly to your town councillors or the FTC staff team?
There are many ways to reach us:
Before you contact us
We receive calls every day about things that are covered by Somerset Council, such as bin collection, parking or road issues and council tax bills. You can find out what Frome Town Council and Somerset Council are in charge of in the What does Frome Town Council do? booklet.
You can call Somerset Council on 0300 123 2224 or contact your Somerset councillor.
In person
You can talk to your local councillors at Council meetings, committee meetings and sometimes at other events around town. Read on to find out more or scroll to the bottom of the page to see upcoming meetings and events.
By phone
You can call Frome Town Hall on 01373 465 757 during our opening hours, and our friendly reception team will assist you or forward your call to the right member of staff. You can also contact a staff member directly by finding their phone number on the FTC staff page.
FTC councillors are elected volunteers and fit their council duties around their day jobs and other commitments. If you would like to speak to a councillor by phone, please contact Frome Town Hall and our reception team will pass along your details to the relevant councillor.
By email
All FTC staff and councillors can be contacted directly by email. You can also send general enquiries to our reception team by emailing info@frometowncouncil.gov.uk
Staff email addresses can be found on the staff page and councillor email addresses on the councillors page.
