Changing Places user survey

Do you, or does someone you care for, use the Changing Places facility in the town centre? We'd like to hear from you with a quick survey.

The Changing Places facility in the town centre opened in 2018 and has been a vital resource for the individuals and families that use it. As we explore the future of toilet provision in the town centre, Frome Town Council are committed to making sure there is always a Changing Places facility available for those who need it.

We have also heard concerns about growing misuse of the toilet, making it unclean and unsafe at times, which has a huge impact on the people that rely on it.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share your experiences and views, including on whether you would support keypad access being installed.

You're viewing real-time data. Participant counts are continuously updated for administrators. Please note that regular users see cached data, which may result in slight differences in the numbers.

Changing Places survey

10 February 2026 - 14 April 2026

The survey takes a few minutes to complete. Once the survey is closed, Frome Town Council will look at what people have shared and publish a report of the findings, which will shape what we do next and help us decide whether to install a keypad for access.
