Traffic calming measures needed

Charlene Duncan•2 months ago Traffic calming is needed around the junction of Coal Ash Lane with Jack's Lane and with Jeffries Lane, especially now that there is the community woodland nearby. There have been more pedestrians in the area and this mix of pedestrians, HGVs and fast moving cars is really dangerous.

Contraflow bike lane

Charlene Duncan•2 months ago There is no route for cyclists to get from Vicarage to Market Place. Put a contraflow bike lane here on Church St and continue it along Eagle La so there is a viable way for cyclists to reach the centre of town without mounting the pavement or going the wrong way up a one way street.

Connection for cyclists to riverside path

Charlene Duncan•2 months ago Despite the short cycle lane on Bridge St, there is no designated route to connect cyclists from this road to the river path that runs towards Welshmill. Meandering across the car park can be dangerous but there isn't another option.

Too many parked cars

Charlene Duncan•1 month ago The amount of cars often parked here make this stretch of road unsafe. Reduces visibility for those coming out of the side street, narrows the road to single lane and also makes it difficult to see around the bend.
