By Street Artist, I mean an artist for every street. This could fine art, craft, dance, music, performance, writing, etc.
One creative per street in Frome, to reflect the residents' interests and come up with a finished permanent project just for that street.
This could be random placement of person with a street, or a collection of willing creatives on a list and then the street selects from this list. The creatives may already live in the street - we have many in our street already - so it could be self-selecting in that instance.
It may be that there are not enough willing creatives to cover every street in Frome, so if that was the case, then creatives could be contracted for a number a streets on a time basis - say 1 week or 1 month at a time.
Street meetings would need to be called in order to discuss with the creative the potential ideas.
