Foster Road, New Buildings and Adderwell Road are some of the many roads in Frome that suffer from high levels of on street parking which effectively narrow the road. In response I would like the council to consider introducing 20mph limits on most of these 'less busy' roads to reduce risk for pedestrians and cyclists alike.
