Welshmill Lane needs to be 20mph, with traffic calming and safer crossing points such as a raised table. At this point carers and residents from the adjacent care home need to cross with buggies and wheelchairs (I have negotiated this numerous times with various elderly relatives) and there are also cycle/footways crossing either side of the river that are frequently used.
