Riverside social square, park space, café & bike/canoe rental on the river

I would like café and eateries along the riverside. A closed off square to the left of the cheese and grain turned back to grass for families and people to sit and graze. A bike and canoe rental and bike café. The square can be multifunctional for food and drink festival.or bands. I think utilising the river as a social space is important and would make a focal point.
