Reinstate the two blocked-off windows on the front gable end of the main building.

When the last refurbishment was carried out some years ago, most but not all of the original front windows were reinstated.

The two windows which remained were clumsily blocked with unsightly concrete blocks and I think it would greatly enhance the front of the building if these are now reinstated too.
