Parking on Lock's Hill

The recent addition of houses on Lock's Hill west of it's junction with Adderwell has significantly increased the number of cars parking on Lock's Hill, between Alexander Road and Knightstone Heights. This has resulted in traffic coming down Lock's Hill, often being held up because of vehicles parked legally at the pinch point opposite No 71 and next to the bench on the footpath and because not every motorist coming down the hill wants to give way, has resulted in damage to the cars parked on Lock's Hill when vehicles attempt to squeeze past in both directions at once. This could be much improved by reducing the width of the entry to Knightstone Heights and shortening the double yellow lines at that point to allow for parking on Kinghtstone Heights much closer to the junction and restricting parking at the pinch point on Lock's Hill.
