Parking in 20 min bays often creates obstruction

The 20 minute bays at this location are regularly used by large vehicles that overhang the edge of the bay, narrowing Catherine Street at an already narrow part. They rarely stay for just 20 minutes and often park overnight. This means other delivery lorries and service lorries etc have to mount to opposite pavement to get by. This pavement is very narrow at this point and the vehicles literally skim the front of the houses. Our window was cracked on one occasion.
if these parked vehicles tuck in by parking in the pavement, that creates issues for pedestrians, particularly people with buggies, mobility scooters etc. There should be a limit on vehicle size permitted to park here, though I think removal of two of the bays (at narrowest point) would be safer.
