North Parade speeding

North Parade has a speed limit of 20 miles/hour. This limit is routinely ignored by the majority of vehicles including cars, buses and lorries. The pavement on one side is narrow and there are no safe crossing spaces. On Friday nights and at the weekend this becomes a race track and a place to show off loud exhausts. Can we please enforce the speed limit at least?

Widen the narrow pavement and this will slow traffic down.
Also add traffic lights to the junction of Welshmill Road and North Parade.
