Send a street sweeper into Market Car park after the Saturday, Wednesday and Independent markets. Litter pick the temporary park and ride sights after use for Independent Market
Put a litter bin by the canoe club building,
Assist those solo litter picking and maintaining the area by making it easier to dispose of materials at the recycling centre,
Work with Somerset Council to make reporting defects (potholes, over grown hedges, fly tipping) easier. The present system is archaic and clunky
I appreciate that some of the above may not be within your jurisdiction but you might have some clout in changing things
