Lack of litter & dog waste bins on the Berkley estate.

We have lived on the Berkley Estate since 1984 and are still waiting for Litter or Dog waste bins.Surely. this must be the worst place in the town for a lack of them.Many people have to cross the ever getting busier Clink road in mornings & afternoons to look for bins,much of the traffic going 40 mph or more,which is getting more dangerous.I fail to understand why we cannot have any bins when there are plenty of spaces for them..One can walk from Clink railway bridge to the New road play ground before finding a bin.
