Along with the bottom of Lock's Hill, in the depths of winter, in pouring rain or in bright sunshine, this is one of the most unpopular points for pedestrians in Frome to gather at the start or end of their day while they wait interminably for the lights to change in their favour. Every now and then it would be nice to have a pelican crossing that gives slightly more priority to pedestrians.
