Transform the current weir into a kayak freestyle spot. By doing this it would make the weird safer as the current tow back at high water can pose a risk to people in aware of the dangers that it poses. By turning it into a kayak freestyle spot with the guidance of a freestyle kayaker it would make it safer for the public as well as a useable area fro the canoe club.
