Improvements to bridle path

The bridle path between pensford way and commerce park was meant to be improved with re surfacing and low level lighting , funds were provided by the developer years ago , still nothing. In winter this path is very intimidating, especially by lone pedestrians as it is pitch black and it is one of the major routes for pedestrians entering or exiting Commerce Park
