I give full support to this plan. Great to see more greenery in the carpark parking the space not only more appealing but more healthy and improving climate resilience and attracting more biodiversity. The improved facilities is clearly a win for the town and the designs look very sympathetic to the original building. The improvements to the appeal of the carpark itself will also be welcome especially for events in the space like the Frome festival. I'd love to see more access to the river side if possible maybe a platform overhanging the river in stilts or something to create a beautiful little rest/viewing area.
