FR 20/34 footpath between Singers Knoll & Portway

Lots of people use this route every day to walk into town despite the graffiti, broken glass rubbish and palpable air of neglect. If it was more accessible for push chairs or mobility scooters, it certainly wouldn’t go amiss. If it can't be modified, then some occasional maintenance might be nice and would make this route slightly less depressing for those that have to use it.
