Footway and parking area adjacent to Coop

There needs to be a barrier between the footway and the Coop parking area in the vicinity of the bollards and entrance as on several occasions I have witnessed near accidents here with cars accessing that area of the parking area by driving on the WRONG side of the road (once when I was crossing) and another time when cyclists were coming through and a car reversed nearly into their path. A simple metal barrier or bollards would do the trick. There is plenty of car parking space away from the door to the shop.
