Fall risk

The paving slabs here are lethal in freezing weather. I broke my wrist in a fall here due to not seeing black ice on the slabs, and know of another person who broke a leg here in a similar fall. I suspect there may have been other casualties here. Currently there are handrails next to the steps but not along where the sloping paving slabs are between the steps. Adding a handrail between the flights of steps would be helpful and I would definitely use them every time I walk down here (usually a couple of times a week). I am actually quite a fit and mobile person but always use the handrail beside the steps themselves.
