Double Yellows at this junction

I thought I had seen this as part of the safer school streets scheme. There needs to be double yellow at the junction of Somerset Road / Oakfield Road / Dommets Lane / Green Lane. Its incredibly dangerous with vehicles having to pass the give way markers to gain visibility and often approach this at speed, or not stop at all. I have almost been side swiped a number of times.
