Crossing point, public footpath from Styles Hill

This is one of a number of points where public footpaths cross the bypass. There are also lanes used by people on bikes elsewhere. It is getting increasingly challenging crossing the bypass. Further speed restriction is needed, ideally to 40mph. There needs to be speed cameras plus warning signs with flashing lights throughout the bypass warning of cyclists and pedestrians crossing.
