Congestion on junction between Welshmill Lane and Welshmill Road

Turning from Welsmill Road onto Welshmill Lane (and vice versa) by Welshmill Park. Cars park all alongside Welshmill Park, reducing the access on Welshmill Lane to single file. This causes significant delays at the junction, causing further problems back along Welshmill lane, both ways on Welshmill Road and onto Park Hill Drive (where access is already terrible - narrow and with a blind corner). If the section alongside the park was double yellows it would keep this moving more freely and massively reduce congestion
