Bat and bird bioacoustic station network

A community-led bioacoustic monitoring network across Frome using BirdWeather PUC Bat Edition devices. The project will enable volunteers, the town councils, schools and community groups to monitor both bat and bird activity through automated acoustic recording and cloud-based analysis. The BirdWeather PUC Bat Edition captures ultrasonic bat echolocation alongside bird vocalisations, providing an innovative and accessible way for communities to understand local biodiversity.
