Welshmill Road is an accident waiting to happen as many drivers speed on this road, way above the speed limit of 30pmh. Many children cross this road on to way to and from school and there is no pedestrian crossing. Adding a crossing and reducing the speed limit to 20pmh would reduce the risk.
