Access to river

The river is such an asset and as land locked as Frome is it would enhance the river interaction. The river would create an environment for leisure and enjoyment. It's never really been viewed as a focus centre of the town and has so much opportunity. Initiatives to enhance the wildlife. Food/drink vans, outside seating areas, with canopy to help when weather is inclement. Decking down to the river. Area to host art installations along the river as a through walk. Rowing Boat rentals? Willow planting. Especially near the market yard and the canoe club.
