Join Frome Skatepark Project for a day of excitement and fun for the entire family at the latest Skate Jam and Family Day.
There will be best trick competitions, prizes, music and a raffle all helping to raise funds for a new skatepark in the Mary Baily playing field.
All wheeled sports enthusiasts, including skateboarders, roller skaters, scooter riders, and BMX bikers, are welcome to join in the activities and the skate jam is open to all ages and abilities, whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete beginner.
There are also skating classes with local tutor Dave Lea: attendees can book 30-minute skate classes for £6 at 10am and 10.30am (6-11 years) and 11am and 11.30am (12-16 years), with all proceeds to the skatepark project.

There's no need to book for any other part of the Skate Jam and family day - just come along, bring your wheels if you have them and enjoy the atmosphere.
Plus there's a special appearance from Isaac Jose, Junior European Scooter Champion who will be judging the scooter comps!
